Skywards Consulting was formed in November 2002 by Geoff Smith.  Geoff has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has held senior management positions in all major areas of business. He is a developer of high powered organisations, an excellent speaker, and has a track record of driving transformational change in people, processess and technology.

Geoff has obtained his skills through doing. He is a hands-on person and has successfully led and implemented a 3-year organisational change effort in a 450 person organisation. He has directed highly complex technology initiatives in the telecommunications marketplace, has recruited and built highly skilled management teams, and  formed international partnerships with major corporations.
